Orders Usually Ship within 7 Business Days
We will do everything possible to ship merchandise within 7 business days. It takes 2-6 business days for delivery from the time it ships from our warehouse, depending on how far you are from our Ada, Oklahoma warehouse. You can be assured that your order will be processed and shipped in a timely matter.

In a Hurry?
For RUSH delivery we provide Overnight or 2-day delivery service through UPS or FedEx Express. You must contact our office by phone to request this service. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping charges for items shipped within the 48 U.S. contiguous states are as follows. Standard Delivery: 2-6 business days from ship date. Shipped via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or Fed Ex Ground.

Shipping charges for orders to be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii are calculated when the order is processed at our offices and are based on the actual shipping cost, plus the handling. We will e-mail you with the amount and ask for your approval before we ship.

International Orders

We are currently unable to accept or process international orders. We appreciate your understanding.

We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express. All credit card information you provide is considered strictly confidential and restricted solely to our order processing use. Our web site is secured so your credit card information cannot be accessed by anyone else. (See our Security Policy section for more details.)

Returns and Exchanges- 30 day money-back guarantee

You must contact our office for authorization number (RA#) before sending products for return or exchange. Contact Customer Service at 800-525-1050 or 580-436-1142 (available M-F 8:00-5:00, CST) or customerservice@preemiesmart.com. No return will be accepted without the RA# and original packing list included with your order. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Return the merchandise to: Leachco, 130 E. 10th St., Ada, Oklahoma, 74820. We will process your return within 72 hours of receipt and credit your credit card. Be sure to tell us the reason for your return or exchange - your input will help us to know if we need to improve on a product or offer better sizing or descriptive information. Unused items originally purchased from us and returned in their original factory packaging (in the same condition you would like it shipped to you) within 30 days will be refunded for the full purchase price less shipping and handling charges. Products that have been misused, abused, or the care instructions not followed will not be considered for return. Items that are "worn" from normal use are also not eligible for return.
